4th April: Intertops NEW Affiliate Software online!

We are happy to inform you about the roll out of the NEW Intertops Affiliate Platform on 4th April 2017!

As mentioned in previous communication, you will be asked to reset your password, when you login into your affiliate account in the new system for the first time.

Therefore please make sure now that the e-mail address in your current Intertops affiliate account is correct, if you have not done yet!

Please take a moment to follow the necessary steps below:

- Log into your Intertops affiliate account:
http://www.intertops.eu/affiliate/

- Go to “My Account”, and update your details under “Account Details” and check your e-mail address.

- To receive commission, go to “Affiliate Payment Preferences” and make sure your correct Intertops player account user name is shown under “Player Account Details” – “Account Name”.

- Also log into your Intertops player account to update details, if necessary:

We cannot promise that you will find all historical data in the new system. Therefore please download all data from the past before 4th of April.

No more player stats? Not impressed at all. Am I missing something?

I agree, not being able to see individual player stats is a loss. What I find worse is not being able to see total deposits! I know it's possible (Deckmedia is using the same software and there I see two columns: First Deposits and Total Deposits)
I see no reason why you would hide this figure from your affiliates, so please switch this back on!

As you can imagine there was a huge amount of data that needed to be migrated into the new system.

Our focus has been to ensure that data accuracy is guaranteed and tracking is working correctly with immediate effect.

Detailed player reports, including total deposit information, have been requested from the software provider and will be added as soon as possible.

We are working hard to ensure that you will be able to enjoy the best possible user experience with the new Intertops affiliate system.

Why don't you just check the boxes to show, it's a common software not custom built, anytime figures are held back it's never for the best interest of the affiliate. the excuses are usually feeble on to why they are not there... What affiliates really think is that it makes stealing easier not because it keweps server loads down, easier to account etc or any other pathetic excuse

One month later and still no deposit data in the system ..

One month later and still no deposit data in the system ..

Furthermore, we still do not have player level data. We can not see the names/ID numbers of any of our players, only aggregate data. Thus, we can not verify when we sign up new players like we once could in the old system. Nor can we see which players are playing, which have stopped playing, etc... data which we used to keep people in action and help run our business.

Without this data, as it is our only form of protest other than dropping Intertops entirely, we have moved Intertops further down our recommendation lists and will send them fewer players until this lack of data situation is resolved.
