Certain numbers are hitting consistently based on previous numbers. The non-random element doesn't appear to disadvantage the player, but it's still non-random. Whether or not it affects other casino games is unknown.

Looks like they've fixed the fix, results appear normal now.

Not a word of explanation from this POS company, of course.
