    Default Affiliate Edge - Your Thoughts?

    Hi,

    I was wondering if any of you guys have used the AffiliateEdge? I'm having some serious problems with them just now and I'm curious to hear if anyone else has had any experiences with them.

    Long story short, they have been holding 2 separate payments of mine and this has been going on for some months now. I try to contact them through every means but they completely ignore me. The last message I received from them was over a month ago asking me to update something in my account which I did and confirmed, but again they just blanked me after this.

    Is there anything I can do here? I'm at my wits end with them now. They've literally got me to pull in players which I done, built up good commissions and now I can't even get the payments into my bank account. No answer to anything I ask.

    Let me know if you're experiences (if any).

    Hi mcmaster,

    Apologies for this, if you ask around I am sure you will find the lack of response to be highly uncharacteristic of AE.

    Unfortunately the delay in getting back to you was because of a mixture of sickness and my being on vacation. I was doing emails however I did allow myself to fall behind.

    Please check your emails for a response regarding payment, we will get this issue resolved as fast as possible.

    I Have always known AE , Stephen and Martyn to all be an upstanding and honorable bunch of guys and a trustworthy company .. I am sure you will be sorted .. Have good holidays Guys

    I couldn't agree more with you Soplica and Miles_FTA. They're definitely (without a doubt) very good, honest and reliable people! You can always depend on them.

    Thanks guys! Just wanted to keep you all in the loop here... AffiliateEdge got back to me last month about my commissions which was a surprise as that was right after I posted on here. Anyway, I was told my commissions would be paid no longer than a week or 2 which I was ok with but now we are rolling into our third week and still nothing. Tried contacting them again, nothing! This is me chasing a couple of pending payments, one of which was from back in August, so that is almost half a year ago now.

    I seem to be getting told it will be with me shortly but it never is. Now I have a pending payment for December so god knows how that will pan out.

    Anyway I will keep you guys posted on what's happening. This may sound very unusual for you lot as you've said these guys are good and trustworthy but so far for me, it's not really been the case. This is from personal experience. Maybe they are good guys but it's becoming nothing else but a nuisance for me now. A bit upsetting tbh as I had faith in them this time

    I used to work with them, they would double charge me their processing fee each month and when I asked about it the guy tried to place blame on my bank. Coincidentally I stopped making money at the same time so that was the end of our relationship.

    AE is one of the best converting and most reputable programs out there. In 10+ years of working in this industry, I've never had any issues with it, A+++

    Interesting. Well, I've just been given contact details from a member here on the forum (thank you) that they think may be able to help me, so I think I may just give him a call. Sick and tired of getting the run around from AffiliateEdge now.

    Speak for yourself. They have completely singled me out and owe me 3 months worth of commissions, stretching back as far as last August. I keep getting the same old song of "it will be with you in a week or 2", but that never happens. Sorry, but they are probably one of the WORST affiliate programs I have worked with. I work with several and my payments are always on time, sometimes even early. It's a bit ridiculous that they can't even respond to my emails! The last I heard from them I was told "sorry, I've been sick" ... It's just not good enough any more. Had enough of them giving me the run around.

    Of course people are speaking for themselves. You asked them to. Look at the title of this thread that you named yourself. If you don't want to hear things from people that you don't agree with, I'd suggest not asking in future.

    My thoughts are that they are among the best in the industry. Sorry to hear you are having trouble. As long as you haven't done anything shady I am sure they will pay you.

    My feedback is ...

    Affiliate Edge have been a solid provider in the past - and a regular payer.

    We've been working with them since 2011 and they've always been upfront - including when they changed payment processes mid-2014.
    Since then have received 25 payments - 24 of which were between the 20th-25th of the month due.
    Only one was delayed and it was paid the following month.

    However, I did receive a message from Affiliate Edge on 21 December announcing a "restructure" and that November payments would be delayed until "early January" as a result. Perhaps the delays and failures to communicate effectively are related to this restructure?

    I replied to the email asking for details - and the effect on affiliates of this restructure - but did not get any reply back ...

    I will resend the email request and post any appropriate update here - but at this stage I am not overly concerned.

    I agree with the general consensus that AE is a great program to work with. I wish I converted players there better then I do, but players once converted are generally very loyal to their brands.

    Martyn and Stephen have always been extremely approachable.

    That sure is a possibility, but even if that is the case, they should keep people in the loop by responding to their emails at least. It's rather unprofessional. I mean, I wouldn't be here posting and asking questions about them if they had gotten back to me some time ago. Before this restructure was about to take place, I was assured I would have my funds in no longer than a week or 2 and that was quite a while ago now.


    If anyone does get any response from them, I'd greatly appreciate if you could let us know.

    Hi McMaster, OK I fully appreciate why you're P'd with us it does seem like we've failed you in terms of the service that you expect and the service that we try to offer.

    I must also say that you've been super unlucky, not only with us missing your email following sickness and holidays but also with the payment methods and the restructuring of the non US bank wires which fell badly in terms of the aff payments. I will update all those affiliates on the situation with the banks in due course, but I am told that Novembers payments will be sent today/tomorrow and we should be fullly up to date by the 20th of Jan.

    Please also note, that Stephen is off sick and has been since the turn of the year, he tried to come in to work but was sent home. Hopefully he'll be back this week. So any contact should be sent to either myself directly or to the managers@AE address where I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

    I'd also like to that everyone for all the kind words about us, it's very much appreciated.

    Thanks for getting back to me on this situation. I was somewhat getting worried about the whole thing as I didn't know where I stood. As silly as it sounds, I thought I was being ignored, but what you've just said explains what's been going on, so thanks again for that.


    I just want to say that I also have pending commissions from last August. Could you please confirm that those will be sent out along with my November commissions?


    Anyway, this is a weight off of my shoulders now. I will post back when I've received my commissions folks. Thanks everyone.

    Yep, like I said, I was told today by Martyn that I would get them paid either today/tomorrow, so that's good news. There is absolutely nothing shady going on. I'm an honest family man and I've been in this game for some years now. I was just a bit unlucky with the hiccups they've been having recently.
