Hi McMaster, OK I fully appreciate why you're P'd with us it does seem like we've failed you in terms of the service that you expect and the service that we try to offer.
I must also say that you've been super unlucky, not only with us missing your email following sickness and holidays but also with the payment methods and the restructuring of the non US bank wires which fell badly in terms of the aff payments. I will update all those affiliates on the situation with the banks in due course, but I am told that Novembers payments will be sent today/tomorrow and we should be fullly up to date by the 20th of Jan.
Please also note, that Stephen is off sick and has been since the turn of the year, he tried to come in to work but was sent home. Hopefully he'll be back this week. So any contact should be sent to either myself directly or to the managers@AE address where I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
