    Question Affiliate Question

Maybe some of you long standing affiliates can answer this.

We recently set up a CPA with Boylesports (through Reef media) for a fixed priced CPA (€75) and a small affiliate share (7%). After sending our first couple of clients we where expecting to see our account credited, it never happened. After chasing them for the best part of 10 days we where eventually told, they donīt do CPA anymore and itīs a straight affiliate (25%) . Suffice to say we see this as reneging on the agreement and we are clearly not very happy about the situation. Iīm not one for laying down and accepting such a practice and iīm comfortable with entering litigation, irrelevant of the sum. Or i could just blog it up and get the message out to 20,000 or so followers. Like that american CBC show----------What would you do?

Your contract is with reefmedia not boyle sports it runs through their system.. I put up their banners for 2 days then realised i had no control at all.. and the extra % is not worth it for the loss of control for the account and the fact they take 2 weeks to answer a question, There has been quite a few bad threads about the spam, and now yours shows the tactics which are being used.. tell you want to hear.. and I doubt even the % they offer could be legit, My Advice is sign up direct and have the security.. These guys are just making a % off the top "and probably shaving too" by using your site as the work horse.. What a business? get hundreds of affiliate sites up and running with everything going through your system then you chooses what to pay lol..

You are obviously right. We have removed all the banners from Mediareef since the trust level is very low!
