Default Affiliate Steve G. of top10ukcasinos.co.uk (contact neeeded)

    Hi,

I was wondering if someone could shed light on the owner of top10ukcasinos.co.uk.

His name is Steve G and despite giving him a fixed fee six weeks ago to be on his site. There is a complete radio silence and it's pretty likely he's just taken our money and ran.

Does anyone keep in contact with him?

    Yes I saw this.

I have emailed him about 10 times now between the 09th December up until now. I appreciate response times may be slow with the holidays but we paid for our spot on his site back in November.

I would contact GPWA Anthony as this is not the first complaint against this pvt. member.

I would always be very wary when it comes to pre-paid deals and this is a reason why many affiliate managers wont touch them. There are some situations where big affiliates will request one as a safe net if they are working with a new program and they are taking a risk on their own monthly income. Other than that, I would guess that most prepaid deals end up being unrewarding for affiliate managers and it has a high level of hit and run type outcomes.

There are also some instances of affiliate managers / companies not being able to or choosing not to honour their deals --- none of which (including youe commentary) has any bearing on the original post.

If you did a fixed price deal did you not sign a contract with the affiliate that included legal terms, contacts, more contacts, and guarantees? It seems a little naive to be handing over money for fixed price deals and then relying on a simple email to get in touch with that publisher.

We've done lots of fixed price deals and we always have contracts run by solicitors and ones that come with guarantees, addresses, phone numbers etc etc. If anything goes wrong with the deal then both parties are then covered under UK laws and the UK jurisdiction, so there's always a comeback if either party needs to reclaim any costs.

Unhappy Sorry for the delayed response and unwanted dissastisfaction

    Dear Andrew and Friends,

First of all please accept my apologies for the delayed response due to my father's sudden and serious illness. He has been in the hospital nearly for more than 80 days up-to now. The reason for the publishing delay and the response delay are due to that. We are not a scam site and my aim is not to act negatively. Please accept my sincere apologies and let me compensate this loss by publishing your brand immediately on our site with enhanced featuring.

I appreciate your kind understanding and please accept my apologies for taking your valuable time for this issue,

    Kindest Regards,
    Steve Gardner

Calling someone a fraudster without some hard facts could lead to litigation. Afterall, you are damaging there business and reputation.

If of course itīs true then you have every right in the world to go for them. Fine line between whatīs wrong and right!

Thanks a lot for your support Syndicate,

Life is a strange thing. If you start to experience some negative things, then each and every negative thing will follow each other...

But anyway everything is for people. I do not know what forum members thought of me but I am not a scam person and none of my sites are operating for scam purpose.

Sorry for the unplanned and unwanted delay in publishing dear Andrew and Team.

I am at your service to compensate everything with more than agreed terms.

Thanks a lot for your understanding and keep praying for my daddy.

Thumbs up I appreciate your warm wishes and positive message dear Rick...

"Life is a game we have to play" with all of its rules... We do not set the rules! But we have to obey! We can only pray (if we believe in God). That is all we have in hand. Watching my "best friend" Daddy, without a cure in my hands is not an easy EXAM!

Positive and negative surprises are all for us! My father says "Pain in Vein!" each and every day... I wish nobody will experience such a thing or worse and my father will overcome his serious health problem with a miracle of God!

He has overcome from 2 other serious illnesses 9 years ago... He is strong... He is patient! He is a fighter! I hope we will WIN again!

Again many thanks from the heart! You gave me strength! God is more than great!

    Hi Steve,

We're in a similar boat as Comeon, unfortunately haven't heard from you since our agreement.
I appreciate your personal situation, but if you could get back to us and honour our agreement that would be great!
