I decide to pose this question.

Who will be the first operator to (prominantly not just once) caution users to "Always Pull Over, Do Not Bet and Drive"

By the way, since I am likely the first affiliate to publicly post this, I do own the copyright to the statement and expect a rights fee from whoever wants to run with that.....

Responsible marketing isn't it......LOL

I mean the numbers of people having accidents, getting killed etc because of distraction driving, such as texting behind the wheel, facebooking while driving etc are climbing every day. Go in to any major city or town and park yourself on a corner and watch how many people driving by are on the phone, texting or playing with their phone and you will see how bad it is.

So c'mon, there's gotta be an operator out there that will appreciate me giving them the idea.....pay up.....lol

But here is another idea that you can use with the above.

OK, we buy a cheap car.
I'm driving along and suddenly realize I haven't placed my bet for tonight's game, so I get on my phone and visit my favorite online sportsbook and place my bet.

Of course, just as I submit the bet, I hit a tree.

(Enter professional looking announcer with a shirt that clearly shows the responsible sportsbook's logo)
(most likely shot in front of a blue screen so I can be seen getting out of the car in the background unhurt but upset cars and mobile betting don't mix)

This reminds me of a story I read in the paper a few years back about a truck driver who crashed after playing online poker on his laptop whilst driving.

I think, at the end of the day, there are a lot of idiots in this world...

I'm waiting for the first reported crash of someone accidentally running into another car because they were so angry their team didn't cover that they weren't paying attention. I'm surprised it hasn't happened already.

My mate attempted to bet on his local team in the Capital One Cup this evening whilst driving home today. He picked the wrong team / wrong match and also may have made a decimal error. Thankfully, the bet came in and more than covered the loss he took when betting his proper home side for the proper amount.
