"I am looking into that claim right now, because, frankly speaking, this is outrageous. I, personally, did not."

Please post more information for me regarding the mental health check claim in the next 72 hours.

I will do my best, however, I need that player to step forward and provide me with a 1xBet gambling ID, so I can know it is a real deal.

Kenipar67, also a sober question to you.
In case, you are not Dimitri, how do you know, that the account is still locked?

So if you have this screenshot, then you also can provide the gambler ID to Mr. Todosow.
If you do not provide the ID, then I cannot help you, because then this mental health check still is based on a graphic with missing facts.

For your information: I am a player activist, so you must not fear, that I work for that program or are on the side of Mr. Todosow at all.

    Mr. Todosow,

will you confirm or deny, that such mental health check correspondence like in the screenshot was or will be sent our by your company or do you declare screenshots like that fabricated?

For an answer to this question you do not need 72 hours, because this is not depending on a specific case. It's a general question, and the screenshot suggests, that this correspondence is coming officially from your company, because it is undersigned by your company.

His account was still locked 1 month ago after he sent this ridiculous document. If his account was unlocked, 1xbet managers would be proud to claim it. Now i'm almost sure he will get his deposit back thanks to me.

But DOES IT REALLY MATTER ?!

When you ask such a document, it has to be a SCAM ! How can they justify that ? They just try to discourage us.

I can show you some players who sent 5 different letters in Russia and made 2 skype calls. They also did fill up serveral questionnaires with crazy questions.

At the start of the verification, they ask a selfie with the passport and the identity card with the conversation with 1xbet, as background. The verification should stop here !

This image is real, trust me. I'm almost sure he's not the only one who got this request.
Why whould someone invent that ? His account won't get unlocked by lying. It doesn't make any sense.

I waited the whole night and now it's close to High Noon.
    Player responded.
Representative not, despite the fact, that he was notified by me yesterday via PM and that he was online today.

    "
they ask a selfie with the passport and the identity card"

I know, this bizarre verification process is usual with some Russia casinos.

But I have never heard before of a casino, which requests a mental illness check before the withdrawal will be accepted. After a forensic examination with some tools, there is a 99.3% chance, that the image is not doctored or fabricated.

That means, unfortunately I have to declare 1xBet hostile. This program is operated by complete morons obviously or by reckless crooks.

    You decide.

The only ones, who need a mental health check, are those, who sent out correspondence like in the screenshot.

Probably Mr. Todosov can provide documents, which proofs, that the idiot, who sent out the mental illness check to the player, was fired this morning and that the player's winnings has been sent out earlier the day.

Otherwise the Platinum Sponsor status informally shall be void and invalid and downgraded to Wood Sponsor, including Mark of Cain.

    Hi everyone,

I checked the requirements and with people who actually handle KYC procedures and I've been told that, yes, we sometimes request mental assessment results in cases when we spot betting suspicious activity.

As for the player, according to the Security department, he has received his winnings back in August.

    @Proger

I suggest you edit your message because, as much as you don't like my employer I am not being rude to you. I suggest you do the same.

    For your information, Mr. Todosov:

There is no legal basis to request from players information about their religion, sexual preference, political orientation or any health condition, and you'll find also no person at GPWA, APCW or CCM who will support such requests.

Such requests are simply illegal, and I don't believe, that they are in compliance with the GPWA Code of Conduct, you have signed, for sure not in compliance with the standards in this industry.

Even if it doesn't matter, this is another lie !

I will contact this player and i will prove that he never received his winnings in August.
In the best-case scenario, he got back his deposit after i mediatised his story. It was too much negative publicity for 1xbet.

There are entire charities dedicated to battling compulsive gambling and industry leaders have implemented self-exclusion clauses (we do that as well).

With all due respect, how is it any different?

    You are no charity.
You are the cause ... and the profiteer.
Show me the law code, that you have a legal base for such requests.

The protection of privacy information about people's religion, sexual preference, political orientation or any health condition are non negotiable!

    Period.

    Hi dear!
Please listen to me! This is very important, on August 11, I called the Ministry of Justice of Curacao and asked to give me to the phone Mr. Joseito Silie as he is responsible for the gaming sector, I explained the whole situation about 1xbet, he listened to me, he asked the phone number of Curaçao eGaming and said that he would call them, he told me that if in a week my problem did not dare that I again called him, after some minutes the same day I called to Curaçao eGaming, they confirmed that they communicated this day with Mr. Joseito Silie, I do not know what he said to them, but Amanda from Curaçao eGaming asked me to send the documents to the address compliance@curacao-egaming.com, I immediately sent, waited a week, on thursday called to Curaçao eGaming and reminded me, Amanda asked me just to wait, after half an hour a received letter from 1xbet about that my account was unlocked! U can see it on screenshots I attached it. Letter from 1xbet came at 20:05 I was happy, then I could not go to my account, there was an error about the fact that I enter the wrong password but I entered everything correctly! Next, I recovered the password several times, but still could not enter my account! I wrote in the chat of 1xbet, I was told that I applied to the security mail of 1xbet, I wrote them a letter but did not receive a reply! At about 21:00 I got to go to my account! I saw that on the account instead of 298 thousand the amount is 3 times less! And on my account was made bets!!! Basically they are all lost! The most interesting is that the first bets were made at 20:04 when I did not yet know that the account was unblocked! I want to tell you that 1xbet are real thieves and scammers, the licensee pushed them and they had to unblock my account, but they did not want to give money and decide lost most of my money themselves, at that moment when I could not enter my account !!! I ask you to help me distribute this material, I know a lot of players whose money was stolen in this way! In order not to give a win, 1xbet lose money of players, betting on the players' accounts and blocking access to the account for this time! Look at the screenshots and you will see the fact that I received a letter from them at 20:05 and the bets were made already at 20:04 they did so as it was I who made them but I could not do them because I did not have access to the account!!!
On screenshots i attached u can see when time when i get letter from 1xbet about unblocking my account, then u can see time when was made bets on my account, then u can see how i can try to get access to my account by password recovery and wrote letters to the mail of 1xbet.

A clause is something else than asking for medical details. That's simply not allowed in countries where privacy is on the agenda. You're a casino, not a charity and neither a medical organization.
