In the update of 27 June 2011, google.com has pagerank 9/10. Today google fixed this problem and now it has 10/10. Also some sites lost or gain pr points.

Regarding recent PR update, my dynamics was quite positive. Half of my websites increased, others stayed the same.
In my honest opinion, the last PR update was a bit more fair than June one.
