I think that is probably a very hard question to answer right now.
On Casino City we are using it, and it is generating some traffic, but I could not answer the revenue question because we are not using separate tracking codes for referrals sent to online gaming sites through the application.
Also, at the GPWA has not yet released some of the support materials that will make it easy for webmasters to promote use of the application. Those will probably come in the next month or two.
