Sports Illustrated picks the Falcons over the Chargers in the big game this year. Last year they were spot on with the Packers over the Steelers.

Hope they miss this year's picks as I wish the Cowboys to win it all.

    NFC east pick:

    Cowboys
    Eagles
    NY Giants
    Deadskins

I think it was adolescent non conformist issue that drove me to the Boys. I grew up in the Pittsburgh Stillers area and abhor that team. Been a true blue fan since '72 when the Boys thumped the Dolphins in the Super bowl (sorry Pat... not really ). I was fortunate enough to be able to see several games a year on TV (yep, black & white, 13" TV) and could pick up the broadcast on AM radio on Sunday evenings.

My worst memory was loosing to the Stillers twice in the big game. At least they busted there bubble in the 90's. By the way, they still (as of last month) claim the Cowboys paid off the stiller QB to throw the game (O'Donnell was the QB). Just too obnoxious to admit they got beat. They (fans) can't even handle the fact the Packers sent them packing last year. It was fun to get my brother's bp up over that this past month reminding him of the losses.
