Autocomplete lawsuits
Google was in court recently for a pair of lawsuits regarding autocomplete suggestions. Google won in the U.S., where a judge dismissed the lawsuit of a woman who didn't like that levitra came up next to her name on autocomplete. But in a case in Italy, the courts ruled against Google when autocomplete added the Italian words for con man and fraud next to a man's name.
