I have asked they guys @Beaffiliates (Expekt, Betclic) what's going on with my payment.

I have with them an hybrid deal like in many other brands I work with. I always work with hybrid deals that if I have a negative value, it won't affect my CPA earnings...

This time, I was surprised to receive the following email:

July’s payment have been sent in the first week of August.
However, based on your Betclic negative value, your final commission was not within the threshold to be paid for this month.

I sent them back an email:

Thanks for your message.

Well I work a lot with hybrid deals with many brands and always my rev share earnings is separated from my cpa earnings.

This month my players won so does it mean I am not eligible to my cpa part here for them?

I expect that you will pay me those XXX Euro.

I am waiting for their reply.
