Best backlink checker?

I use backlink checker from www.iwebtool.com and I can see the details of backlinks one by one.

Great discussion, I was exploring different backlink tools and was just about to consider paid tools as well when I found:

This tool does exactly what I need, especially important to me is anchor text which is nicely ordered in this tool as well. Off course next to this I always check Google Webmaster Tools and Yahoo Explorer!

I like backlinkwatch.com but it has one drawback is that it shows only 1000 backlinks though you have 3000.

I have tried several back link checkers in the same day and have received different results from each one. So who do you believe. I think they get their info from different proxy servers and it's never accurate.

Currently there is some issue with Yahoo web Services which is resulting in issues with backlinkwatch. Otherwise backlinkwatch was a good option.

Now i think Google webmaster tools is only best option.

Yes, because they are not really connected to Major Search Engine. We can say those backlink checker are estimating the total backlinks of a website.

This is the best I've found so far, but it only reports on the first 1000 links backlinkwatch dot com

I find this to be a very useful resource as it gives more information than most, including the PR rank and anchor text of the backlink.

To get a complete picture you need to run the checker with and without www if your website is setup for both.

Paid services but awesome and really handy also use Google operator code "link:http://www.example.com" this will display a few linking sites.
