It's so my sense of humour to spend that length of time building something up.

I once spent a year and a half cheating a colleague at cards (just fun, no money), got bored doing it so turned the system round on him one day and made him win hoping that he'd finally clock that I'd been cheating him. Instead he thought he was having the luckiest day of his life. This was a mathematician that even when it was pointed out to him that the odds of the specific event occurring that had in the last hour were longer than those of winning the lottery twice in a row still thought this was a natural occurrence. In the end I didn't have the heart to tell him. He still goes on about that as an example of good luck to this day.

Just before I left an educational related job I had planned a joke I thought would have been very funny. The plan was to sit in a cupboard (small cabinet, not walk in) for 30-40min of a tutorial, then simply get out, dust myself off and walk out the room without any explanation to the students. Unfortunately a manager got wind of that one before we could put it into play.

And the students at one school I'm aware of had a fantastic leaving day prank. The night before their last day they smuggled 3 sheep into the school. They spray painted the sheep 1, 2 and 4 which lead to obvious wild goose chase for 3 the next day. Unfortunately one of the sheep died of a heart attack after being rounded up which took some of the humour out of the situation.

The one at 2.21 was my favourite. Now that is funny. The guy just went with it.

There is this joke I play on people who are deep in conversation. While they are talking to just start handing them things, and without thinking about it they will just take it and hold onto it. Very funny.
