bet365 limited account right after first bet

hello,
i am not sure on which forum i am, if you can help with player account, but i have registered to bet365, deposited 50 eur, took the bonus 50 eur and placed that on spain cup, then deposited more money, so i can place some bets on LIVE, but i had to go away from PC, then after 4 hours, email come, that i am not welcomed, but i can log in and play, with limited bets, i dont know what limited bet's are, but it says, max stake... seems like they limited me to funny amounts.

anybody with the same problem?

Every guy, who is trying to outsmart their risk management team, kyc that is done through analysis of computer tracking like iovation, has this problem. Also you did not "deposited 50 eur, took the bonus 50 eur, placed that on spain cup". You had to deposit 50, then place 50, then took the bonus <- that was always their system and I bet they did not change it. So you maybe placed 50, got bonus, bet the bonus immediatelly and redeposited and bet again. And that is not casual bettor behavior, not even close. And that is why you got limit. Use the thing that grows from your neck.

I do not expect you will tell here who you are, you just want to make pressure on Bet365. If you want to do it, fine. But not in so stupid way as you are trying to grab their bonuses or beat their weak lines.

WHy do you think it is not "normal" way how "normal" bettor behaves? is it not "strange" that there is a "formula" for normal bettor? how he behaves and so on.. if the average or mean average stake is 30eur, let's say, why anyone who is 10 times higher and so on a 'strange behaviour player' ?

it's something like I experienced at insurance company, I wanted to insurance myself for like 250k euros.. then said, 150k will be OK, they said no.. they allowed me 7k funny thing.. because.. it would be too easy if every subject is insuranced for default 7k, or 16k, or waht ever (average is 11 or 16 k as i heard). why do huge companies like that insurance, or bet365 so lame (i do not want to sound rude) and do not take the risk to experience a little swing?

do they believe, or is it really that in reality, that you have (or they), to stick strictly to some formulas, that "if he bet 50 to the same match, ban him".. well.. i dont care for 50eur bonus.. they promoted it anywhere... i will gladly return it.. the reason why i placed that bet was - had some spare money and wanted to try my luck.. anyway, the i lost.. never mind, but i am not sure now, if i can withdraw (deposited via bank, so no fees for them), if i did not rolled over the deposit and so on..

this is not a whinny whining problem of mine, small to non problem, but - the reason/principle is my point and that was the reason i asked and opened this topic

My opinion is irrelevant.
I am telling you how good bookies handle risk management. And no, Bet365 are not idiots in this. They can distinguish between casual bettors that they want (even big ones) and the rest.

Go to pinnacle and quit whinging. Especially this forum is offtopic.
