I’m getting in touch to inform you of a recent business decision regarding the advertising of bet365 in Lithuania, which means that any bet365 marketing material specifically targeting the Lithuanian market is not permitted from Wednesday 27^th March 2024.

This applies to Partner websites and/or apps that contain content targeting users in Lithuania, in any language. If you have any questions or considerations around this, please contact your Marketing Manager who will be happy to discuss this further.

You are receiving this email as we believe that you may be targeting Lithuania, because you have sent at least one customer from Lithuania within the last 12 months.

Please reply to this email by Wednesday 27^th March 2024 to confirm:

• If you are targeting Lithuania, and that you have removed all bet365 advertising targeting this market.

In line with our Infraction Process, any consistent breaches of this policy will result in an impact to your earnings regardless of the deal or agreement you are working on and therefore we appreciate your support in helping to avoid this.

Failing to reply within the specified time will result in the suspension of your account.
