Is Bet365 Partners closing down?

Hi guys. I got an email from Bet365 Support saying they will close all affiliates' accounts. Are you guys getting the same notification to close your accounts?

Their support team is very very slow responding my enquiry and I feel their answers were quite vague.

Can't login bet365partners.com ever since April 3rd with the error message :The details you entered weren't recognised.Passwords are case sensitive.Your account will become locked after three consecutive failed log in attempts.But I am sure the username and password are correct.
The trouble logging in also failed with the error message :the details you have supplied do not match the information we have stored on your account.But I am sure the details are correct.

Sent an email to support@bet365partners.com on April 4th about this issue but no reply till now.

What can I do ? How can I cotact bet365partners for a reply ?

I did sent requests via contact form. It always started with a general support person and then a random guy (without a name) jump in and gave me ramdon answers.
I wonder if they are following their own guidelines.

I have worked with bet365 for many years. Never had major issue until recent months. Are they still reliable partner???

I was not able to log in as well as I am describing the adventures in my other thread.

Did you try to recover not just password, but also a username with your email?

Did you try to log in in different hours (I suspect they might be doing something overnight).

Moreover by the end of March they stopped serving China, do you have some connection to China (you personally or the player base).

It is chinese. They stopped operations in China, so my bet is that you were blocked because of this. Indeed they close all Chinese affiliate accounts as well.

It was always a common practice at bet365 to block the accounts if they were not compliant or if there was a doubt.

Probably they want you to confirm you took down all promotion in China and hopefully they will keep paying you. (just my wild guess what is going on; yes they are very slow to respond: weeks to months)

I clicked 'Get username' , a button 'Contact your Marketing Manager' poped up. I clicked the button 'Contact your Marketing Manager', it disappeared and nothing happened. Still can't login.

Yes, they banned Chinese players 2 years ago. I am not suprised they remove all players from China. But we can also promote them from other countries such as UK. I just wonder why they close the affiliate account instead of communicate more clearly with the affiliates. Shall we open a new account with them? Is worth it or we may just waste our time and efforts?

I think what is the red flag is your website for them. My experience is that they simply block everything and resolve after. Now 10 years ago the workers were much more hardworking, the regulations were more loose and it still took time. Nowadays everything will be slower.

My bet is that they will keep paying you for non -CN traffic but close the account and you can open a new account, with a new website, showing them the traffic, if you know how (I do not and I gave up trying for that).

What concerns me is @van here. Still even his ban matches with the week of CN withdrawal.
