People love a good 'beat the bookies' story though! All good PR for the industry...

Are the figures these guys quoting their liabilities on bets on Leicester to win though, or are they taking into account the whole market? Wouldn't surprise me if it were the former - although it'd be a bit cheeky to say the least.

The only danger you have with Chelsea is that they will be reshuffling at the end of the season. That in turn means the coach has to find eleven players who ''want it'' - As a lifelong Chelsea fan, i wouldn't be able to sleep for a week if they lost to Spurs!! However, if Gus Hiddink decided to put himself in goal for the Leicester game - C'est la vie has the French say!

I think the Laddies story is just PR, trying to get a story in the press. No way Leicester can be a bad result for any of the bookies but I guess we'll see come May.
I learnt many years ago NEVER to bet on us. Although I did stick my grand National winnings on us to beat sunderland the other week which copped me £140. I bought a bird table and some seed with my winnings

As a die hard United fan, I'm looking forward to this weekend's game. Too bad Vardy won't be there but what a story.......any EPL and real football fans must be glad that a team effort makes champions.....not money.

Remember when Wes Morgan lifts the Premier League trophy that it all started with the arrival of the Austrian!

Congrats Leicester! I think they should all be named as footballers of the year. Relegation fight last season and champions this season. It takes all of them.

Interesting viewpoint on the Leicester being a loser for the bookies debate: https://gemsandrhinestones.com/
