Our Betsson-account was closed some weeks ago. We have promoted them since 2006 and sent them hundreds of players on rev-share only.

They haven’t gotten back to us at all - they’re ghosting us big time.

Same here, 100s, most probably 1000s of players (no longer have the records for the early years) sent and then closed out of the blue.

However, we misteriously still receive a monthly payment from one of the ex-GiG accounts we had, which was migrated to Betsson. Can't access them, so not even sure which of the two it is, but the dough comes in around the 10th like clockwork. Not much, just some ongoing RS and probably shaved to the bare minimum.

And no one answers emails, Skype chat requests or similar. Well done Betsson.

Although Betsson claims that the Betsmith brand is no longer part of the group and is operated by an independent company, the circumstances of the transaction raise serious questions.

They did the same thing in Turkey. I do not remember the brand. But I remember my loss was huge 15 years ago.

I've noticed this kind of term update from a few other operators too – where they silently change withdrawal or KYC rules without notifying partners or players.
I'm currently working on a project that tracks and compares T&Cs from many casinos side by side mainly to highlight issues like this (bonus limitations, withdrawal delays, dormancy clauses, etc.).
Out of curiosity, has anyone compiled a list of casinos that frequently do this? Would be great to know who to watch out for as an affiliate.
Also, if anyone’s been hit hard by recent term changes, I’d love to hear how it impacted your traffic or commissions.

Read through the GPWA we have been discussing this very thing hundreds of times over the 20+ years.
