    Default Bingo Content Stolen

I have had another couple of pages stolen from my bingo site recently,

xxxwww.ukbingoblog.co.uk - 75 Ball Bingo and 90 Ball Bingo both taken word for word from my site.

Polite email has been sent requesting they are removed by the end of november.

    Its just so annoying.

Quite surprised no one else has responded to your thread.

MrKay is this still an issue?

Some common solutions for this problem include reporting to google, host and Registrar.. get the site yanked.. MANY articles there are copy/paste of a full article with a link at the bottom.
Getting yanked ought to get his attention, then he can learn to write, and make use out of that pretty cool domain name
I primarily write gambling content and gambling news. You could say I'm a gambling Affiliate Webmaster , though that's not my primary occupation I review poker portals on occasion, I am against the US Gambling ban! I sell content, PM me for Gambling blog posts. Most recently I've started writing Poker Strategy, that's going to prove to be a lot of fun!.. News Related. By the way, Mean People Suck! Judgmental People suck too. Virgina is for lovers, Oregon beaches are even better.

Exclamation Report Him to Affiliate Programs

Dont forget to report him to the relevant affiliate programs as well
Most affiliate programs will ensure that he gets penalized in some way .

We tend to pass on any earnings if it proven to the affected affiliate and the transgressor is given a warning re his behaviour

The way it should be done! I don't think anyone should profit from spam, content theft etc... except for the affected affiliate.

Hats off Wager Junction! This would be the first time I heard of a program willing to do this.

    MrKay,

Shoot me a PM with your URL if possible. I have a few people in mind already plus a few methods they used.

Is the offending site www.ukbingoblog.co.uk ?

Hey Thornton Consultancy, please remove the stolen content. If not then I would assume stealing other people’s work is fair game. Unfortunately this standard you have set would apply to yourself as well.

Again I kindly request you remove the stolen content. Okay Chester!

Don't be fooled into thinking your big fat wallet will save you either. Take it down and try developing your own content.

    MrKay,
My name is Ralph Thornton and I am one of the directors at Thornton Consultancy. I've come on here after noticing this forum in our log files.

We have only recently taken acquisition of a series of domain names, im not going to make any excuses as I HATE content being stolen and i apologies on behalf of the previous owners if they have stolen your content.

If you feel this 'stolen content' has hit you financially then drop me an email to ralph[at]thorntonconsultancy.co.uk and ill arrange for you to be compensated.

    Many Thanks
    Ralph

Ralph, thank you for showing some real concern and having the moral fibre to set things right.

In the end content theft eats us all in one way or another. I personally appreciate and accept your forthright apology.

    Ralph,

I couldn't with greek39 more... very good of you to come forward and set the record straight.

Your offer for compensation is very generous, but not required.

Good luck with you site and thankyou for removing my content.
