Yeah. Not fancy. It is amazing how many websites of good businesses are not fancy and how many UX tuned pages have just horrible biz behind. I think the ppl behind the good biz with horrible pages just have focus on the core of the biz. It is probably a mistake, but I like those companies. They are hidden gems.
I did the research and choose them for a pretty big deal, because I am hedging part of my assets with physical gold. As I went there before the deal (it is really not necessary), I had a meeting with their head of sales. I was kinda nervous, because the shining gold and all that bullshit about luxury... I was thinking I am expected to wear suit or at least to comb hair etc., which is usually a mess. Well the head of sales guy who sat there was maybe 20 yrs old and had worse sweatshirt than me. I liked that.
Also as they delivered the gold to me to another European country, I expected some armed vehicle or at least some security. But then came just 55yrs old woman with old white pickup, who spoke only German, with a big handbag. She was a bit scared first time because I picked it up in one weird industrial quarter. The bars were roled in bubble foil
But what is important: everything was exactly as expected. The courier by second order had a traffic delay, they informed me promptly. 0% bullshit company.
