Well I am happy to report that I am back to normal and my friend jetlag has gone back into hibernation until next time I head off to a conference!

Just in time I might add for a heatwave that is hitting Brisbane which means that I'll be back in the water again this weekend :joy:

I'm pretty excited, I'm much more of a summer person so I have been hanging out for beach weather for a long time!
