2.) yes lifetime player value is the lifetime player value for active players when players sent from affiliate reg take £5 free and never deposit the LTV of that player is Zero. Also you will see that the LTV of players have suffered over the past 12 months an i have no say or control over this. As a white label partner all we do is build the online version and market it via seo, etc everything else is run by probability.
3.) Yes that correct, however i dont know the sites future or what GTECH's plans are for the white label program.
4.) I am part owner as are all white label partners with the main operator site.
5.) again correct as the program will be closed. As per the t & c's and the email sent to all affiliates.

All affiliates will be paid up till the 31st October and including yourself (no matter how small). The site will remain open until we know what GTECH's Probablity's plans are for the white label partners future. However if crm, conversions etc fail to be turned around then the site will close.

I came on here in regards to the data base comments you made, and tried also to provide additional infomation. All affiliates where emailed by the Affailiate manager and asked to get back to her with any concerns.

This is just a good reminder why promoting white labels isn't a good idea generally - the people you're working with don't have full control so the risk of the program (or product) going south are way higher.

Look at what happened with Harry Casino - Betsson decided to re-brand as Mr Smith, despite the HC team not wanting to.

This isnt the case Shay, I cant see how the affiliate program will ever be reopened at the moment, as the program was running at a loss for a very long time and that was without the POC tax 15% deducted from NGR. As an affiliate myself i wouldn't expect an affiliate to promote a brand that didn't convert for them as i wouldn't myself. The reason the program closed was because the site is a white label and there is alot that i have no control over which was affecting the conversion etc.

The theshold for Paypal payments was £50.00, until today i was under the impression everything was sorted as the affiliate program closed 1/11/14. I will look into this for you and PM you with an update later today. Once resolved please update this post to confirm.

I think this is a very bad assumption and judgement to make, there are a lot of companies and individual running white labels, and the actions of a minority should not tarnish a majority. Also, I too worked with MadAboutSlots, I don't think there is anything untoward, just a lot of red tape I think, which isn't Andys fault!
