Canadian Bet365 affiliates

Sent payment request several days ago to Bet365 and just heard back from them that they are no longer allowed to send bank transfers to Canada and nor are they allowed to pay by check to Canadian affiliates. Only other option they have is to put it in a Bet365 account but just what in the world is my money being in a Bet365 account gonna do me any good as I still wouldn't be able to get my money from there.
