Dear Casimba Partners, We are excited to announce that we are entering the final phase of our Affiliate Platform Migration! As we approach the completion of this process, we want to provide you with important updates and outline the necessary steps to ensure a smooth transition. Your attention to the following details is greatly appreciated. Phase 3 Migration Update The following brands are currently being migrated to the NetRefer platform, and we expect them to go live in April 2025: • BlackJackCity • Casimba • Casilime • Dream Vegas • Grand Ivy • Jackpotvillage • Lumi • Miami Dice • Spinland • Spinrider • TempleNile • Ursa Casino In early April, we will begin cross-checking data across the two tracking platforms. Once we confirm that all data is consistent and accurately displayed on NetRefer, we will notify you that your accounts are ready to generate new tracking links. These links will replace your existing ones for the 12 brands, and we expect this to be completed before the end of May. We encourage you to allocate the necessary resources to ensure that this migration is completed on time as we will no longer send any data to Income Access after this cut off date.

Action Required: Log in to NetRefer To stay ahead of the upcoming migration timeline, please log in to your NetRefer account as soon as possible. If you haven’t logged in before, you will need to reset your password using your existing email address to access your account. Completing this step promptly will help avoid any delays as we move forward with the migration.

Marketing Materials During the cross-over period in early April, we kindly ask you not to create any new accounts or Site IDs in Income Access for these 12 brands. If you urgently require any new accounts or marketing materials during this time, please reach out to your dedicated account manager or contact us at info@casimba-affiliates.com, and we will assist you. Exclusive Content Reminder If you are promoting exclusive content, please note that these campaigns will not be available in the Affiliate Interface during this period. Please contact your account manager directly for the new links.
