Casino and affiliate program owner threatens, blackmails and organizes DDoS attacks

We believe this is a red line by crossing which an affiliate should be banned and blacklisted forever. So far this information been distributed across a small number of sites at Russian internet segment but we’ve got almost no support. That is why we would like GPWA to know how much assurances about TTR casino owner's honesty differ from reality.
If in short.
We had an honest (or rather even slightly better against future achievements) review of newly opened casino by a man with a highly tarnished reputation. The review also had this addition: “partnership agreement failed because of inadequate requirement to score TTR higher than casinos with better reputation that is why we recommend to stay away from it”. As a result we have received threats and blackmail:

Well, you have 24 hours. You have been warmed!


Here is how such an incorruptible and honest guy as TTR positions himself at Russian segment of the internet. Would you like to work with him?
Those who already do, agree with him. Those who just plan to partner with him will not likely receive the same strict requirements as we did but it does not mean they will not get problems in the future. Problems can occur at any time when the owner will be dissatisfied with something and **** partner off (there are tons of such pieces ) or just lose money (because of his gambling addiction).
I seemed to us that our colleagues will unite after hearing of such requirements and other unethical actions but we’ve heard only few supporters. Others decided to keep silent or privately told us that they adhere to neutrality.
And we understand why. When TTR casino owner was an affiliate he used to to bad-mouth everyone around. Now many are simply afraid to mess with him. Someone will call it black PR, some will say “money has no smell” and that it is just a way to run business. In fact he provokes conflict situations in order to make himself an image of such an honest judge. As as example - he did PR on such well-known brand as Askgamblers. How? He just said that Askgamblers promotes scammers. And made it several times.
Now he has a conflict running with Pashfriends which has a very good reputation among webmasters and everyone was absolutely happy about them all the time.
Anyway, if we look closely at how he does business, how disrespectful with peers, how he lies about his honesty we can make a conclusion that we deal with a fraudster who will rip off a lot of webmasters and players sooner or later. That is why we would recommend to spread this information among webmasters so that they make judgments based on broader vision of blackmailer story. We believe very few of GPWA community will investigate the situation themselves and tend to trust TTR casino owner by word.

As a result of communication with TTR casino owner instead of becoming an affiliate we’ve got:
1. requirements of censoring our survey
2. threats and blackmail
3. DDoS attacks
4. Skype account hacking
5. personal information about our employees in the public and subsequent offenses

We guess no GPWA webmaster would be pleased to face the same situation as we did.
So we ask to spread this information as wide as possible.

Off topic: Initially we did not intend to apply to GPWA as we did not expect any reaction but changed our mind when we have seen how actively Poshfriends situation discussed there.
But we do not have such a strong support as Moonlight Cat has.
Moreover, we have always believed Moonlight Cat is very adequate, but now on Poshfriends example it is very difficult to understand why he so actively protects one side without getting into position on the other as partnership is a mutual thing, not just webmasters requirements. Let say, we always change information without any conflict as soon as we get such requests. Especially if we are in good relationships.
In general, we want your help and participation.

Что бы сказали какой ТТР плохой? Что бы с его казино не работали?

Аффы, кто его не долюбливает и так не будет работать. Аффы кто хорошо относятся, будут к нему так же хорошо относится.
Аффилейтов очень мало, и все друг друга знают. Тем более ТТРа, который является брендом и очень медийной личностью в РФ.

Главное правило, которое я вынес из форума CGM, когда ты льешь дерьмо на кого-то на тебя летят брызги. И может получиться так, что твой оппонент увернулся, а вот брызги на тебя попали и ты в дерьме.

Никому не интересно ваши выяснения отношений, это даже не попкорн. Хочешь насолить, подумай как сделать ему плохо в реальной жизни, средств хватает, но помни, что всегда будет обратный ответ, и возможно в 100 раз хуже.

Думаю дальше тут продолжать не нужно и тему нужно закрыть.

Вообще то мы сейчас находимся не в РФ, а на западном ресурсе. На GPWA вебмастера TTRa не знают. А сотрудничество уже начинается.
Цель очевидна: Предупредить западных вебмастеров об опасности!!!

Once again we have accusations of DDos attacks as well as accusations of a Skype attack.

If in fact you have PROOF that this attack came from TTR or their representatives, please let me know as I will actually help you make sure you have all the appropriate information to notify the ISP/upstream service provider of the abuse of their networks.

You would need to have server logs of ip addresses, ports used, time dat stamped as well as the forensic evidence of how you were able to actually prove it was them behind it.

If you do not have this, then it is an unsubstantiated claim without proof of the source.


SKYPE:
If you have any proof that TTR is behind this hack, you would need similar proof such as ip addresses, email address the account info was changed you may be able to report the activity directly to their CERT team. It appears most f the standard skype reporting pages require a skype login, so possibly reporting the abuse directly top Microsoft may help through their other channels.


Divulging of personal information.

Do you have any evidence or links you can provide (privately is preferred so the information is not linked to) where we can take a look at this as this is certainly something none of us take lightly?

First lets talk about DDoS attack.

TTR wrote that such attacks could cost up to $2000 per day. We doesn’t know if this is true, but by simple Google search we found out its not hard to order such attack anonymously.

Not lets put everything in in chronological order.

We had a private Skype conversation with him where he started to threat on July 22 at 22:07.




We were not sure if he is kidding or not, but finally issued a response in the same vein on July 25 at 19:24 (Moscow time GMT+3) and got the message back saying “now you are f%#ked”.



Its important to stress that those were private messages nowhere published. And the same evening at 21:20 we registered DDoS attack. The following screenshot shows decline in pages view according to liveinternet statistics service:




The next screenshot of metrika.yandex service tells us that since 21:20 until 21:30 we had no visitors that is the server was down completely because of attack.




Our controversy with TTR went public on his forum almost at the same time. He wrote 25.07 at 21:04:

While preparing an answer for us TTR made a screenshot which (as can be seen) was made ater an hour email was received. That is at 20:24.


And at 20:31 TTR send an answer (his famous one with "now you are f%#cked").


Was it just a joke, trolling or whatever? His answers seemed too serious for regular trolling.

After 33 minutes he published claims on us on his forum but didn't tell he threatened before:



What could be done in 33 minutes?
If you write something paltry serious it normally takes 3 minutes, but 33? So if he was serious about his post then likely he was serious about threats. While we still considered it was a joke.

We can not claim it was TTR who ordered DDoS attack. At the same time we hardly believe that TTR competitors are constantly watching his blog, searching for conflicts and can order DDoS attack in less than 33 minutes when found!

We just suppose he could have time to prepare (or order) for attack right after our first answer on hist threat. In other words we suddenly got an attack right after his threat, an attack which we didn't have for 4 years in a row! Just a coincidence?

This is different from Poshfriends situation where the whole story was in public for a long time and everyone could take him down.
While our situation was it private until June 29.

What is more important is that DDoS was just a ‪consequence.

Everything started from TTR requirement to remove our review and following ultimatum. And before that while discussing partnership he demanded of higher ratings than ‪well-thought-of casinos.

As you can see, our portal contains over 600 casino reviews. We are experienced in communication with affiliate managers. But we were never asked to put high rating at the begining of partnership. Often managers demand more traffic but not this.
And what absolutely goes beyond all bounds in TTR situation is his demand to remove our review completely because he didn't like it. While there were no related demands in return from us.
