casino hosting legality
I have a private label casino through windowscasino.
Recently, they accused me of spamming (even though I didnt), and I figured that instead of waiting forever for them to reinstate my account, it would be best if I just moved the site over to my own host.
Now here's my question: Is it legal to host a site like this on my server? The server is located in the state of Texas.
Thank you

A front works different than the actuall backend.
Now, full legality depends wholly on your local laws, however, in and of itself, running a "front" is the same as advertising a casino and not owning the casino. This IS NOT meant to be legal advice in any way whatsoever, merely expressing my opinion. As with ANYTHING involving legality, you should always check your local laws.
