Hi there,
Sorry to hear you are having problems with our back-end portal. From our side, everything is working correctly. You are always welcome to contact us with any problems you have about this on our support email address. Unfortunately, I am not able to post any email address on this forum due to the rules but you can find our contact details on casumoaffiliates.com.
Please make sure that you explain as specifically as possible what happens for you when trying to login to your Affiliate account. If you are getting any error messages please let us know what the specific error message is.
Let's talk soon!

It's not that their backend is down, it's that they still use Symantec SSL certificate on the casumoaffiliates.com domain and most browsers don't trust these any more. To make things worse, it means that all affiliate links for any affiliate program who "forgot" to change their SSL certificate provider for the affiliate site used for tracking links lead to the same warning now
You might all want to check your affiliate links ASAP and bug the hell out of affiliate programs so they update their SSL certificates asap

Yes I realised that as soon as I checked on another browser, hopefully they can sort it out soon

Here's a tool you can use to check who is the SSL certificate provider of your affiliate programs' tracking domains: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/anal...affiliates.com
Click on the IPs shown in the report and scroll down to "Issuer"
