Cherry Casino (https://www.cherrycasino.com/en/) once belonged to Affiliate Lounge, but now all its tracking codes redirect to Casino Euro. The brand still exists, but now does not list any affiliate program on the homepage. Does anyone know the story behind Cherry Casino? And, does anyone know it's affiliate program site?

Hi Ocreditor,

CherryCasino.com now belongs to Cherry AB. We have recently redesigned and relaunched the website. Cherrycasino.com will shortly be available to promote via cherryaffiliates.com, I don't have an exact date at the moment but we're busy working on the integration.

All previously referred customers will still be tracked, credited and back dated commission applied to CherryAffiliate accounts.

Once we have an exact date for launch, I'll let you know.

Thanks for your reply on this, I'm looking forward to your update once the brand will be officially a part
of CherryAffiliates portfolio.

Still one questions remains:

I have affiliate account with Cherry Affiliates, and I still use the tracking links originally taken form Affiliate Lounge,
and when I'm login to my Affiliate Lounge account, I see "no data" when I select cherry casino stats.
Do you know if the players are still being tracked now ?

Hi Ocreditor,

I cannot comment on how your AffiliateLounge CherryCasino.com tracking links will currently work, however I presume that they will be tracked to CasinoEuro if that's where the customers are being redirected.

At the moment there is no affiliate referrals to CherryCasino as we are yet to launch within the affiliate program and no referral links available. However all your previously referred players who are still active on cherrycasino are continued to be tracked from our side. While the data isn't available in our affiliate program (or AL as they no longer own the brand), it still exists and will be imported shortly into CherryAffiliates.

I understand it's not convenient not having access to this data at the moment, however we're doing out best to get everything re-imported and customers tagged to allow you access as soon as possible.

Since we cannot provide tracking links at the moment directly to CherryCasino, I would suggest speaking to your AM at Affiliate Lounge to double check your redirected players are being tracked via CasinoEuro, if not I'd be more than happy to provide links to our other brand EuroSlots, or you could hide and CherryCasino links for now until I am able to send you CherryCasino tracking links.

Although if you would like a bespoke report on active players, please pm/email your Affiliate Lounge account details(username/Id etc), and I'll look into doing a manual report for you.
