    HI David,
Welcome to the board! I run Cirrus on all my sites, have for quite a while, and have been happy so far with it.

I talk to Christine regularly on the phone - that's one VERY good employee Cirrus has with her!

    Hi David,

I have tried 2 times on the live chat and sent some e-mails too but nobody gave any answer to my problem with cirrus casino

I have a player (or 2-3 of them I don't really know) that is opening multiple accounts to get the $25
A quick sample from my stats:

    Number of Clickthroughs: 58
    Number of Downloaders: 33
    Number of Players: 121
    Number of New Depositors: 2
    Total Initial Deposits: $70.00
    Total Deposits: $657.00
    Net Win: $3,415.09
    Coupon Amounts Awarded: $2,750.00
    Manager Credit Amounts Awarded: $146.50
    ChargeBacks: $0.00

Net Profit: (Net Win - Coupons - Credits - Chargebacks) $222.04
    Amount Deducted: $0.00
    Amount Miscellaneous Adjustments: $0.00
Amount Added For Reversed Bans: $0.00
    Amount Earned: $55.51
    Amount Earned From Tiers: $0.00

Does your company have any system at all to prevent that?

These High No Deposit Casinos are crap. :shake: Everyone needs to realize that these casinos only create the rediculous no deposit bonuses to take from affiliates. They figure you will get some big depositors in, then when they minus your coupons given, and high manager rewards given, you are either in the red, or you get very little comission. I am in the process of dropping both Cirrus and Connect to Casino from my sites. They are stealing from affiliates! Plus, Cirrus doesn't have a good reputation!

RTG's system does *not* have a system in place to prevent that, but it gets caught if they try to cash out, so presumably we won't have any losses that way.

JCG - I understand why you feel that way, but that's not true of these 2 casinos. There's more info on this in the private forums.

    Legally licensed
Where? This is about as ambiguous a statement as you could possibly make.

If it's Costa Rica (I'm going on memory), then you are not licensed - you have an operational permit, which are two completely different things.

    Please clarify.

I'm not saying that they are stealing my money, I'm just trying to point out that they should move their ass, especialy when Cirrus does *not* have a system in place to prevent fraud.

Couple of weeks ago the affiliate stats page was down (with that DNS change they did or whatever) and I send an e-mail to support and they replied after 2-3 hours. But when I am sending e-mails to ask about the multiple accounts it gets "lost" somehow and this is why I started this here.

I also went to the chat support and there was a guy with the name "The Dogg" (wtf?) and he said "Sorry DUDE I don't do affiliates..." - exactly like that (whereas Christine as someone posted above was always very helpful, I have to admit that)

Some issues need sorting out and that is why I am here.

    Pixmaster to answer your question:

We are trying to resolve this issue to prevent players from signing up multiple accounts, and RTG who is our software provider is currently working on the problem. Please feel free to send me a PM to fully explain this, should you want further clarification.

    Jackpotcasinoguide to answer your question:

The coupon amount will reflect in Net Wins if player loses and Net profit is the factor of Net Wins, here is the formula Net Profit: (Net Win - Coupons - Credits - Chargebacks) that you will see in your affiliate reports, so to answer your question we are not taking money from the affiliates. The coupons are used to keep the interest of the players and hence serves the affiliates purpose as well and is a mutually beneficial relationship.

Feel free to send me emails should you have any other issues which need addressing.

    Spearmaster,

I overlooked your question by mistake and here is your question for those who did not see it:

Where? This is about as ambiguous a statement as you could possibly make.

If it's Costa Rica (I'm going on memory), then you are not licensed - you have an operational permit, which are two completely different things.

The Costa Rican government gave us an operational permit where they do check your bank accounts out etc... and I admit the wording used was incorrect, but nevertheless we applied for an operational licence and were cleared for one.

The Costa Rican government is taking steps to regulate gaming here which I personally applaud.

After following up the CS issue, this is what happened after looking at the logs and indeed the person in question was very abusive to a member of the CS casino staff.

"also went to the chat support and there was a guy with the name "The Dogg" (wtf?) and he said "Sorry DUDE I don't do affiliates..." - exactly like that (whereas Christine as someone posted above was always very helpful, I have to admit that)"

"The Dogg" is (Frank "Red Dog" J*****) and that is how his name shows.
"Sorry DUDE I don't do affiliates"

Came after the guy started using bad words with Frank, which no person should have to put up with.

To answer all your questions we are not out to get anyone and are a company trying to make an honest buck.

The general feedback I have got back from players and affiliates has been of satisfaction.

I want to work with the affiliates to solve issues that are raised and once again you all know I can be contacted at david@cirruscasino.com.

    Hi David

Nice to see you posting here at the board. I also have a problem with an inordinate amount of chargebacks and fraud.

    Number of Clickthroughs: 374
    Number of Downloaders: 401
    Number of Players: 1687
    Number of New Depositors: 18
    Total Initial Deposits: $490.00
    Total Deposits: $30,916.00
    Net Win: $81,106.68
    Coupon Amounts Awarded: $39,234.25
    Manager Credit Amounts Awarded: $17,920.00
    ChargeBacks: ($1,400.00)

Net Profit: (Net Win - Coupons - Credits - Chargebacks) $17,113.41
    Amount Deducted: $4,893.50
    Amount Miscellaneous Adjustments: $0.00
Amount Added For Reversed Bans: $0.00
    Amount Earned: $2,506.57
    Amount Earned From Tiers: $363.45
The amount deducted on my stats is massive - is there anyway of clamping down harder on players who abuse the casino like this.

Incidentally I have had great service from Cirrus and received all my payments extremely quickly. Kudos for that

let me get this straight you are saying that I attacked your CS staff?
I asked "Red Dog" a question, he said what he said and the conversation ended there. And now I bring it to the board because noone ever answered my question until today on this board.
I never said anything bad for you, your company or your staff, here or in any chat conversation.
And you come with this story now to proove what? That your company is perfect and I the affiliate I'm wrong and I attacked your employees? For what? For the $30 that I have in my account? You didn't even ask me for an account number.

Please explain I really hope that this is a mistake and we can clear it out...

Also if you read before there is someone saying that "these casinos take from the affiliates blah blah" and below I quote him supporting your company and you now accuse me of attacking an employee so you look good and I look bad.

Again I'm saying that I hope your post was a mistake and you have the logs confused or something.

    Hi,

Firstly my email is david@cirrusaffiliates.com (not casino)... in all my haste to answer postings I mistyped my email.

We are clamping down on fraud, and like any casino this is a big problem that we plan to change.

Also our free chip seems to attract a lot of players, and the idea of this is to get the gamblers get used to the casino, and break them in so they deposit some big bucks later and in the short time we have been around affiliates have been making nice commission amounts. This proves that this works, but the drawback is that the number of coupon awarded is going to look higher (but eventually your commission checks will be higher!).

Talking on behalf of the Pitboss and me clamping down on players is done. However when we do this and even though a player knows he is in the wrong he starts to complain and goes after revenge, and this sometimes results in going after postings in forums.

Cirrus Casino has just recently hired several new additions that have previous online casino knowledge to their CS team, so problems will be addressed upon them appearing.
