My apology as I looked at the post I put in this forum and it sounded a little harsh.

At the end of the day I want to work with you and clear up this mistake as the way I explained things sounded a little harsh and I misintepreted from the CS team what was said.

Basically you were not abusive to the team and they were unable to assist in an affiliate related inquiry and the person in question replied a little too friendly.

I hope this sorts this out and nails this part of the conversation on the head and we can all move on any make some serious money.

One thing I'd like to see is to wipe out the negative balance at months' end?

I will have to discuss this one with the casino operator, to see if it makes sense for both parties.

The reason for the negative carryover is because of the bonus structure.

We do offer CPA instead of revenue share, if this interests you?

By the way, what happens if you did go CPA, how about your sub affiliates? what happens with them?

Maybe wipe out the negative at the end of the month at least untill you get rid of the bonus abusers. I had an e mail from someone that had 4 accounts and she didn't get her $25.00 bonus on her last account and was wondering why. Of corse I did not know she had 4 accounts and called on her behalf, the lady that I talked to was really nice and helpful. I sent her back an e mail and told her it was $25.00 per person and she had 4 accounts thats why she didn't get the bonus. She e mailed me back and thanked me for looking into the problem.
