I think we answer this every 6 months or so, there are several threads in the tech talk forum I think. If I see it I'll link you up. It is an easy php script placed in a directory and linked from the display page.

what happens if you have multiple aff urls in .htaccess. Can anyone help me out. I can do for a single aff link but as we all know we promote multiple aff programs. Anyone have any links code for this for .htaccess?
You don't place the links in .htacess. They are written in php and placed within a directory, named whatever you want, one link per file, then you link to it from the content. If you read the other post I linked to above I think you will understand.
