To whom this may concern, Comeon asked to sign the terms and I see now the unfair term of "minimum new active players"

1. AFFILIATE ACTIVITY

1. You are required to maintain an active affiliate account (“Active Affiliate Account”). For Your affiliate account to be classified and an Active Affiliate Account, You must:

1. refer to the Affiliate Program a minimum of six (6) New Active Customers in each and every three (3) Calendar Month rolling period;

It’s infuriating when they retroactively change commercial terms as if no agreements were ever made! General terms evolving is one thing, but commercial terms are negotiated and not influenced by regulations. Instead of enforcing new terms for new affiliates, they have the audacity to apply them to senior partners, effectively shaving long-standing accounts. It’s a blatant disregard for prior commitments and completely unacceptable!
