Has anyone else not been paid by BetOnline / Commission.bz for May? I have emailed them a couple of times and they are ignoring emails. Has anyone had a response from an AM there or even been paid?

Try getting in touch with Laura Kirk. She is one of the affiliate managers down there. Her Skype address is laura.commission.bz
The best of luck to you.
They always pay - even if it's late.
I have something else that I find disturbing that I would like to share.
Why in the hell are they charging me 9.5% for EVERY deposit my players make? No, this isn't the normal 9.5% they charge affiliates for deposits and withdrawas, this is in addition to the normal 9.5% they charge. (This charge in itself is absurd b/c they now accept half a dozen cryptos and still charge the affiliate 9.5% for deposits and withdrawls even if in crypto which has virtually no fees!)
Take a look at your "Total Deposits" column. Now take a look at your "Sports Gross Revenue" column. Now, look for players who did not place sports bets. They will be easy to identify because you will have been charged exactly 9.5% of their deposit amount as a loss in the sports book.
Exhibit 1:
Exhibit 2 (getting fishy):
Exhibit 3 (something is rotten):
OK, so maybe there is something amiss and the normal 9.5% deposit fee is being attributed to the wrong column. Well, no such luck...
Exhibit 4 (definitely double charged):
This has been taking place at both Commission.bz brands, aka BetOnline and Sportsbetting.ag. Also, these extra deductions have been present in June, May, and at SB.ag in April as well.
Can anyone else confirm?

I do seem something like you show - although it's harder for me to detect as nearly all players are having a go.
But I do see it in some cases.
However - here's a surprise - take a look at Sportsbook Net Revenue - it seems to have reverse out those charges for me?
How does your Sportsbook Net revenue look?
It's almost like the processing charge is being lumped into sportsbook gross - but doesn't affect bottom line.
The sportsbook gross column seems to be irrelevant in revenue calculations.
For example :
I have one player who deposited 213.06 in June - and had a sportsbook gross of - 20.24 (exactly -9.4999%) as you pointed out.
But the sportsbook net revenue is set to zero (he never played sports) - with the processing charge showing -20.24
The revenue seems to be (sportsbook net, casino net, poker net, racebook net) - (processing cost + bonus).
---------------
So I think that you are right - the sportsbook gross is including processing charges - but it's not carrying into revenue calcs.

Processing is around about 9-10% but looks like the aff is taking full cost of the charge whilst making a certain %
Gooner: I'll take a look when I have time WRT to seeing if it affects income or not. Would be strange if it didn't somehow...
While I'm at it, I'd like to point out an issue we brought up with them months ago regarding Chargebacks. We found evidence of being doubly charged for chargebacks. After a long wait they eventually told us it wasn't carried over into commissions, but with the irregular payment dates and the fluctuation in bitcoin prices, we never did manage to figure out if that was true or not.
I am going to attach a few images of the chargeback issue and I hope that some of you can take a look at your own records too confirm/deny this behavior. More importantly, whether or not it affects commissions paid (to be quite frank, I don't trust any gambling company to manually remove charges that are showing up in my aff reports... so much room for "whoops, our bad, we missed removing those thousands of dollars worth of detrimental fees!)
**EDIT: GPWA shrunk the images and they may not be legible. I've included links to screenshots**

Also, what I would like to point out here is that even if they are paying proper commissions. Why the **** do I have to be burdened with consistently incorrect stats every month? Why do I have to play guessing games with my income stream?
Very unprofessional for them to have these types of issues month after month, year after year.
Commission.bz has history with chargebacks. it was their stated policy that they deducted 100% of the chargeback from the affiliate only. They took no hit on the chargeback. They then changed that and stated they never had that earlier policy, though they overtly did as it had been stated to me several times by AMs and I had been hit by it. I know people come out and defend BetOnline because they can and do earn good money from them. I have done too, but tbh they are not the most honest firm. They are just a little more honest than a lot of firms. They are a long way behind the likes of bettingpartners / bestpartners or intertops or 5Dimes on the integrity chart.

1) 5Dimes gave me a target # of FTDs to raise my commissions then reneged when I reached that goal. **** 5Dimes "integrity".
2) I will back you up on that chargeback fee by Commission.bz. I complained about that in years past too. The chargeback used to come 100% ouf of affiliate commission! Not out of "Gaming Revenue" where the affiliate would only have to pay their fair share, i.e. whatever % they earned in rev-share. Instead the affiliate was liable for 100% of the cost of the chargeback! It was absurd and it definitely was happening.

TRy their "support @" email address - that was all I had - and it seemed to get a reaction.
payment received at the 2nd of july for may.
next issue... stats have not been updated in the affiliate backend, last date was 02/07/2018.
is somebody else having this issue or just me?
Someone from Commission.bz team should really address these issues here. Especially now, after some other WPN rooms (like Pokerhost) have started to close shops, it does not look good from the sides. Something is up.
