Commission Lounge / Bets10 Payment Issues?

Has anyone experienced any problems receiving payments from Commission Lounge / Bets10? In this situation that amount indicates that it has been paid to the player account and as far as Commission Lounge is concerned it is paid. The amount however never appeared in the player account.

Any similar experiences? Thoughts? Reliable contact that can help?

Disclaimer: they are thieves who retroactively changed terms. I also do not believe they are not part of betsson group, bc betsson started to redirect there their TR traffic.

I have a big problem to get money from player account. I do not have any payout methods listed, their CS is stubborn. I can not access now their site because of geoblock, will try later from VPN to check if they pay there the peanuts.

Either way they were responding through the ticket system.

They are owned by Betsson but the operation is run from a different office and likley different management.
I was once told by someone that works in Betsson that 'son' = 10 in Turkish. Bets10


To the OP; I recall emailing them and them replying to me before. I don't think they are particularly trustworthy (like Betsson) but they aren't as blatant about shafting you like others.

Betsson is not trustworthy very much (they bring me something now, so is usable in the misery):
1. they ****** up Dhoze
2. they ****** up stats for long (the issue with Betsson brand namely, as we know rogue employee ended in jail)
3. they 100% stole at acquisition of Nordicbet
4. they steal with extreme fees of all kinds that make no sense

and...
5. Betsson claimed they "sold" for 2 million their database of Turkish customers to Bets10 and for years they acted independently; Betsson affiliates refuse to solve with me the locked money from Commission lounge; they like to act like 2 entities just when it is good for them

I stopped promoting CL after they stole my players, still I have money locked there.

Good news: bestpartners will start in Turkey soon. Fo those rude thieves.

Update: After many months of trying to get help, they finally paid commissions into player account so from the time the backend said it was paid in May, it wasn't until this month (August) it was paid but now paid there are issues with receiving the wire and has been a week without response.

So just an update. After they stole nearly all players and all commissions, they now confiscated even some small commission (6.5K eur) that was sitting at players account and where it was impossible to be paid out.

Nobody talked to me from affiliate or players department.

Stay away from the crooks. (It is hard to stay away from crooks in Turkey)
