Interesting. I totally agree with you on the fact that they should just pay OCR rather than their lawyers. If OCR wins I see a trend here. I am happy someone finally has the courage and resources to stand up to these affiliate unfriendly business practices.

What really strikes me as bizarre is the fact over the long haul it is very possible with OCR and Affiliate Edge working together more money could of been made for both parties.

At lease a compromise would of been better. The bottom line to me is simply ------ "GREED"

FYI They are contesting the jurisdiction of the English Court and also the fact the T & C's state any issues should go to arbitration.

Lets see what the English Court says on the 19th.....

Just cause it's in their T&C's doesn't make it legally binding, or for that matter, legal

Someone said to me that what I am doing is audacious. I don't see it that way. If anything what programs like Affiliate Edge are showing is sheer audacity.

Regardless of what happens, I have the moral high ground here and Stuart Ferster and Warren Ferster are and will remain scumbags of the highest order.

The initial hearing was scheduled for the 19th December.

There have been no updates on the website regarding this since Dec 5th.
Perhaps it was postponed from the 19th - or he is unable to publish for legal reasons if the case was adjourned ?
