I suspect, given the silence and the statement further up, that it was all settled out of court and there will be no update or comment from Dave.

If so, what a disappointing end for all interested observers.
Bit disappointed if he has taken hush money, rather than just fight for what is owed in the public domain, after the general tone of the other posts being along the lines of 'I'll fight them for justice for affiliates etc'.

It could of course just be adjourned to a future date of course, which i hope it has rather than any sort of tepid end to an interesting case.

We've also heard no feedback from any of the Skybet cases. Wonder why that is.

Just a few options, I think. Or it's still ongoing, or there's deal in the middle or - let's hope it's not the case - he lost and they try to get the legal costs from him.

A bit boring, but I agree with both Racing Jim and Nwalker here. In the end, it's about income for him and his family.

Sure nothing will come from Sky Bet unfortunately. They have screwed over affiliates royally. Who knows one day they may beg to work with us all again and hopefully most will tell them where to go.

I meant the fact that so many people were going to take them to court and we've heard nothing since. Either nobody went ahead with suing them, they are still in the process or they have settled out of court and are subject to an NDA.
