I don't smoke at all and will never try it. Just don't want to.

I've been nearly ten years smoke free. I switched from smoking to vaping. Started with 28mg/ml (tobacco flavor) and brought it down to 3mg/ml (various fruit flavors - usually strawberry based). Especially when first quitting, I found it important to stay in front of the craving for nic. I would hit my vape before I "needed" to.

In terms of lung capacity, I went from struggling to jog to being able to run a full 90 minutes.

I was 20 years on a pack a day but gave up 8 years ago and feel so much better for it!

I used patches for a few weeks to help but ultimately, it's a mind thing and you have to be convinced and ready to stop within yourself.

I also think it's a bit of mind over matter too. Once you conquer the drop to 8mg, dropping to 6, 4, 2 then 1mg was pretty easy tbh.

It's a bit like having that last cigarette. While the 12mg vape killed the cravings, the mental desire/addiction was still biting at my heels.

Thing is though, you need to congratulate yourself for giving up the cigarettes. Doing that is an awesome achievement!

Some people can easily give the cigs the flick, while others, like myself, seem to have a very addictive habit for them. If your like me, then I can understand why your having trouble dropping the nicotine levels.

Only you know yourself... So my advice... Set yourself reasonable goals to drop the mg levels.

I wish you all the best success, in this...

Feel free to PM me if, at any time, you need some support

    Edit:

I also found using different flavoured juices made it easier to drop mg levels. For me the fruity and choc/vanilla flavoured juices were easier, than using nutty/caramel/tobacco flavours, which 1'st started vaping on.
Thanks for the support you offered! I am a bit like you in terms of being addictive to nicotine. Again, I will use your tips, and will try to lower the nicotine level. Your tip for different flavoured juices really make sense, so I'll try that.
If I fail, I will be free to PM you for support.
    Again, many thanks!

I used to smoke for about two years, about one pack for two days. Now, to be honest, I smoke cigarettes several times a month on average. mostly it happens when my friends and I get together and one of them smokes, then I also want to.
    or if i drink hehe

I used to smoke for about 15 years, but in February 2017 I quit smoking when my wife was pregnant and gave birth.
I haven't smoked one since then, and I have no plans to smoke in the future.

However, I think that many gambling enthusiasts are smokers.

I was always curious to smoke thanks to advertisements so I tried one and didn't like it. Haven't looked back since.

I am currently smoking, but smokers are disliked in Japan. Cigarettes that were smoked everywhere more than 10 years ago are now called harmful and are vulnerable to non-smokers. In Japan, we will have to forcibly quit smoking due to the increase in tobacco tax.

I used to smoke, but one time I went to Israel and forgot my cigs. It was a nightmare! In Israel the prices are not cheap and you think twice, before starting to smoke there, if you have been living there for more than a few months. During my trip, I had stop smoking and when I came back, I did not have the urge anymore.

I smoke when I drink or when there is a lot of stress. I am not discouraging anyone from smoking, this is everyone's business, especially when it comes to adults and not teenagers or girls. Well, you can switch to vapes or electronic cigarettes, they are less harmful

English translation: I don't smoke Because there is no merit. But my family smokes except me. When I asked him why he smoked, he said he felt stressed at work. Therefore, I proposed to relieve stress by exercising, and now I take a walk in the early morning as a part of my daily life.

I grew up with a parent and grandparents who smoked, and I always hated the smell, so I was never really tempted.
