Default does using others reviews hurt ranking?

So i found a place that writes reviews for free but they require a link to their site in each review I use. Does this hurt my page rank or will it damage my results in google?

    Hey Chris,

    The short answer is no.
As long as the reviews are original, "one off" articles, it won't hurt your site.
You will want to copyscape them and vette them for quality.

    Nice site by the way!

    I like it also.

I didn't see anywhere to add links to your link page, but let me know if you are handling that through pm or email and I'll be happy to swap a few links with you on that site.

I seems the answer is NO. As the reviews are unique then no problem in to publish it. It wont hurt your site. As per as page rank concern it wont decrease your PR

Sorry to bring this up guys, and I may be having a brain fart, but if the site puma is linking to is from a "bad neighbourhood" wont this affect his site negatively?
