Dragonfish brands reporting issues

I noticed that many of the brands operating through Dragonfish are not showing deposit amounts from 26 Dec through present. Typically, total number of depositing players, new players (FTD), and new registrations all show in pretty much real time while the amounts deposited and cashed out updates and shows in the reports at around 3am daily. There does not seem to be updates at 3am that are showing since 26 December.

I'm seeing a few issues also. I can see deposits ok but nothing else.

I suspect the system is not crediting new players (FTD) as well but I do not know for sure.

What I do know for sure is that the Deposits, Withdrawals, and Totals are not displaying.

Depositing players, clicks, and New Registrations appear to be working properly.

FTD count now showing --- still not showing financial figures of any sort from 26 December onward.
