Hi Guys could someone advice on a good Email Marketing Solution (Server ) which is accepting Gambling Bulk emails. It should be pricey and dedicated.

plain text its very high, but bad conversions, html less delivery higher conversions, now the Gmail promotion tab has been around for a while people regularly check it just like the spam bin

you should use dedicated server with multiple IPs in rotation for better email delivery....

The ONLY reason to "rotate" through ip's is to try and hide spamming.

NO OTHER logical reason to attempt this and any subnets caught doing this should immediately be blocked.

It is my sincere desire to see Google, Microsoft, AOL and Yahoo block this kind of activity, as this would have a great impact against the spammers.
