Are Exit traffic sharing services a scam?

I have looked into a few exit traffic sharing services, and it seems like they are all a scam. I never get any clicks back from them after sending hundreds of impressions.

What programs are you talking about, and how are you tracking this? There are a couple of legitimate ones out there, so we need to know more specifics.

I have tried:
www.casinorotator.com and www.gamblingexits.com, both without any return clicks or emails when I asked for service.

I just signed up for your site after being cheated by casinorotator and gamblingexits. Casinorotor finally aggreed to sending me 500 clicks after sending them over 2000!

So... when will I be approved, and how does it work. What's the difference between the pop under and the banner? Also, is there any way you can allow payment via neteller? I don't have a paypal account, and I am sure you have a neteller account!

Your site is approved. Simply copy the code and paste it into your webpage, and you're on your way. If you need help with that, Let me know.

This traffic exchange is FREE. You only have to buy credits if you want. Otherwise, for every 3 times another site shows from your site, you will earn 2 credits. In turn, your site will be shown on the other members' sites as well.
