    Question Failures vs successes

As you know, people are different, everyone reacts differently to failures or successes.

How is it with you with regard to your partner sites? When are you more motivated to work?

    For example,
    - no traffic, no registrations, drops in google positions, technical problems

    Or

-Page rises in rankings, people, write praising the site, more and more traffic on the site.

These are just examples of the pattern.

And you, what motivates you more to work harder on your site? successes or failures?

Successes always motivate me to work harder. When I check my stats and I see that my conversions are doing well, along with more earnings and deposits from players, it encourages me to do more.

Success motivates me to work harder. I know it's important to be resilient, but in my case, when I don't see results in a period of time, I begin to question the quality of my work, and I can fall into demoralization. On the other hand, when I start to see results, even if they are small, everything feels easier and more enjoyable

I have similarly. Even when there is an increase in movement minimal, but there is, there is motivation progression.

When there are setbacks I continue to do my thing but it's no longer gratifying.

Often when we talk about 'failure' here it is because google has changed something that has impacted the sites. It isn't a failure if the rules of the game constantly change, you just need to adapt each time and so you have to carry on working, the work must be done regardless.

I don't really change the way I work too much based on the fact there is often little that can be done other than sticking to your strategies and knowing things will swing at some point. Success is of course nice and why we are all doing the job but it is dangerous to pat yourself on the back too much as google will quickly cut you down in a future update. It is the reason to have a balanced strategy so that when some sites go down others go up.

For me I don't think it's about successes or failures, but more about change. If things are ticking along smoothly without much movement up or down then that's when there's not huge motivation for the project. Although, tbh, that's often when new projects start to appear.

When something moves though, particularly when it's sharp and fast, that's when the kick up the bum happens. Site tanks: "crap, how can we fix it", site shoots up in the serps: "crap, how do we make sure we get the most out of this".

Success is always the key motivator; however, we need failures to learn from and be able to turn them around to be successful.

I never focus on the failures, they are experiences to make us better at what we do.
