Nobody hates spam more than me, and in fact spam costs me REAL MONEY since I pay for ALL incoming bandwith for all mail on my rack....

But if you take a look at the header on this one, the message id shows that the mailer was p4enginex1.emv2.com, and the return path...email@xxaffiliating-techs.cccampaigns.net

That means that the mailer was NOT email@affiliatexxxx

So if in fact the above is a real email address they will now be flooded with more spam due to their email address being published and the spam bots picking it up.

In addition, in every case you posted you are giving search engine backlinks to the spammed links....

You see email headers can be forged, as well as anyone with Outlook, Outlook Express and a long list of standard email programs can change the "reply to" or the "from" address to make it APPEAR that the sender is someone other than whoi actually sent the spam...

Thus, just saying that because fred@dorfmanonline.com was shown as the reply to or the from address does not prove that Fred is who sent the email...

However, the AFFILIATE link in the email is pretty close to proof since that is who benefits from the spam....

In your example above, I would say the spamming company is xxemv3.com because it matches the message id as well as that is the domain that contains the redirect link that links to the affiliate link....

This does NOT prove however that xxemv3.com is the affiliate, just the mailer.... They could be a mailhouse hired to perform the mailings....

....which still makes them involved in spam....and in my opinion a party this must share in the responsibility of the spam since I am 100% sure that whoever their upstream provider is has terms of service that they are breaking.....

The actual mailhouse can then push responsibility onto the person or entity that contracted for the mailing, but if that is the case they would have to take action or they would be in breach of their upstream contract....

Fighting spam can get very tricky....and sometimes innocent people are accused of sending the mails when sometimes their email address was picked as the sender or replyto at random..... (for more reasearch on this search for joejobbing)

As an example, I have one email account that just this past week recieved over 400 return to senders from a joejob.... I have been in contact with the host but they have not yet returned any of my emails and if it continues I will be forced to keep going up the ladder until I get someone to talk to me about the issue...

The returns I am getting on this are coming from mail servers where the email accounts do not exist....so the mailer sends out a million emails with my email as the sender/reply to and when the recipients email doesn't exist the bounce message comes aback to me although I had nothing to do with it.....

Feel free to send your spam emails to casinospammers(a)gmail.com
Just FW: the email you got and we will look into it.

Smoking and I are setting up a new site which will shame the spammers in public and at least try to do some good.

I am all for shaming them............as long as it is the MAILERS or those that PURCHASE the mailings that are shamed and that it doesn't catch and harm the reputations of innocent people....

We're not going to shame the casinos if that what's you mean Rick.

Just simply shame for example xxspinnerpromo.com and let their emails go public without any hotlinks but with the email they send.

If people searches for spinnerpromo and a few words from their email, hopefully they will end up at our site and then understand that it's spam.
I KNOW that none to slim do those searches so I will also contact the program in subject and give them all details.

It may not be much, but someone gotta try..

    And I support that type...

...as long as proper research takes place to determine who is behind the spam and reduce the risk of naming an innocent mistakenly....

I have been bombarded by this guy too and eventually forwarded copies of this to Wagershare. The mailers are sent in various languages and the spammer always uses different domain names.

Wagershare never replied. They do not care anymore where their traffic is coming from and how their brand is being represented, which actually disappoints me the most for such a long standing program.

i talked yesterday with the customer live support AS wagershare linking their live chat to the customer live support.. with a nice girl i chatted for a while. she tought i was a customer BUT as i said i'm an affiliate she wanted to know what my issue is. so i explained that i'm getting a lot of spam for their casino, she wanted to have email headers and the email content where she mentioned she will forward this all to wagershare to care of it.

yes, wagershare is slow with replying or their email server is bouncing your emails sometimes as spam. few months ago i wanted to know something about the betways odds feed and still waiting for that answer.

Will this flood of Wagershare spam ever stop? I am still getting this crap to various email addresses on a constant basis.

I would not recommend Spin Palace Casino to any player anymore if they condone massive spamming. This is truly harming their reputation.
