    Default Is it Fraud?

Before I get more upset, I would like to reach out to fellow members and get their thoughts on the matter.

I have a program and I change my links monthly as I do PPC and it is needed for tracking. Within this program I have a tracking link which has been inactive for over 12 months. As I do PPC if the advertizement isn't running I should have little to no clicks after the link is pulled. This link still gets about 10K in deposits per month from old players. After doing a review on why my NGR seems so flat, I discovered that this link has consistent and daily negative NGR.

I find it hard to believe that all our players on this one tracker could be Winning this consistently. So I would love everyone's thoughts on this.

BTW I forgot to note the stats on this link for September (keeping in mind we have not sent traffic to this link in over 12 months):

    12 visits
    4 downloads
    0 sign ups
    1 new player
    10,792.50 in deposits
0 New deposits (but we have 1 new player?)
    no withdrawals, chargebacks, or returns
    -85,283.88 NGR

And we did not promote any no deposit offers on this link ever.

I got a feeling I know who this is... Would love to have you name and shame.. even a PM would be cool, if you don't want to go public with the name.

I hate to say it, but that is the way a LOT of programs are acting lately, especially programs that still take US players.

My best advice is to name and shame them in public and then drop them like they have the Herpes.

Don't let them dangle a few hundred dollars in your balance(just under the minim payment), so you keep up their links...

They have obviously been stealing from you for quite a while.. don't give them any more of YOUR money.

It does not sound right and appears like something sinister is going on - but hard to say without knowing who it is. I mean I think I have the same feeling lots0 has as there are a good couple of dozens program (some of them major sponsors here at GPWA) who do this month after month to affiliates.

I especially feel really bad for you Brooke because I recall one time a couple of years ago - you went well beyond the call of duty and got me paid from a program who done something similar to me and I will never forget how generous you were with your time and effort.

I only wish I was able to or will able to repay the favor!

I'm giving the program time to respond to my inquiry, I've dealt with a lot of mediation and I'm trying to stay neutral, hence I requested several other industry respected people look at the information and give me unbiased opinion. I am also going to let everyone know my full findings, it's not often I make a issue public but sometimes it is needed and I thank outlets like GPWA and others for providing iGaming Affiliates that platform.

Lots0 and GFPC, thank you for your replies. GFPC no need to feel bad I'm very blessed in life and business and I'm always happy to help others especially you (lol). It is just frustrating that we all work so hard only to feel the burn of unethical business practices. I've been very selective on who I've worked with and I'm not going to let this one instance change how I view things, just going to chalk it up to this "some people's business behavior is subject to improvement."

Having said that my FB Posts are less polite

It also could be one of a very small number of, players that have won a major amount and can adjust their betting and win consistiently enough to generate the negative....

Also, whether you actually promote the no deposit offer or not, if the casino offers it they could take advantage of it.

I am not saying nothing underhanded is going on because it moght be....just offering another side to the story....

With that big of a negative though certainly something you want to look into.

Depending on how long it has been going on, you might want to see if they can "ring fence" the specific player with the huge negs...

If an affiliate program is not small affiliate friendly (especially small US Affiliate), then they are NOT Affiliate Friendly!

You raise a valid point and I do want to look at all angels. We delivered 227 Players the link was killed about September 2011 and in total the players have deposited 428,789.18, now I get there we be fall out, player lifetime stuff but we still have a good number of depositors so I suspect this isn't an issue that would be resolved with "ring fence" but again something I need to look at. Having said that the stats don't show the player incentives that might count against me and I did forget to add that to my data request so requesting that now.

No players are going to make that much money on no deposit bonuses but maybe the signup bonuses and current bonuses they get as players could have resulted in a big win.
