Further to social networking--RSS feed

The social networking forum reminded me of a great resource I found recently. If you have an RSS feed, you can submit it to any or all of these 45 feeds at:

I noticed my blog was picked up quickly resulting in some
good traffic. Also, my blog was the most visited page in July.

I will check that out, right now I use http://pingomatic.com/ to subit my feed. If there is not crossover it may be worth a shot. Maybe I will try one from yours and then one from mine and see what hits better. Thanks a ton!
