Would you know any "adwords like sites" accepting Gambling Portals?

Yea - a billion of them - but why would they put your ads on their sites when they can do it themselves. As an Affiliate your offering in your websites and traffic - if you had a dozen sites why would you let me put Adsense on them?

You need to build your own network of sites and feed them with regular contant and get rankig to start - but you have a long road ahead of you - especially if you think there are sites out there that would allow you to put Adsense on them rather than the doing it themselves.
