Getting to the top page

So I have a pretty new site (about a month) and I have landed on the 14th place on google Sweden for the swedish keyword "gratissnurr". I am desperate to get to the number 1 page there but it feels hard to tackle the last few sites. Am I screwed getting to the first page or is it still possible to tackle those sites? How can I push it further just a little bit? I am pretty out of ideas now how to improve stuff now...

Google will only treat your website equally to all others after 3 to 6 months have passed. On one of my sites I waited for a year.

Yeh agree it takes time and that time seems to be getting longer now, particularly on high value keywords. 6-12 months now in my experience for the most competitive stuff - it used to take 1-3 months.

Time, patience and hard work. As Dan and Jim said, it can take a really long time these days to rank a site.

You have to wait for a 3 to 4 months, then you will get a good results for your site. Have patience

I would say of course patience is key, but there are so many factors that influence your ranking number on google. I found a blog post that said the factors that influence your ranking could actually be around 200, but as expected, some factors play a major role than others. I would say keyword stemming, HTTPS, your Pagespeed are very important. This are among the factors that play a much more significant role. However the list of important factors is longer. I found a blog post here. I think the post has summarised all this factors that i wrote before and a couple of others that are super important. You might want to take a look. Good luck and hang in there! Things will start to get better soon. Like the others said, it requires patience and lots of effort.
