    Default Good Morning GPWAer's

    Happy Tuesday,

Stayed up late last night trying to work, and just couldn't concentrate....anyone else ever get that? Just sat in front of the pc screen staring...couldn't think of a thing to write.....god that sucks....so I ended up playing some damn Hidden Object game that is addicting I swear i should become an affiliate to these games!!!

Anyone watching the Charlie Sheen melt down? Man oh man is this guy on the brink or what??? It's sad to watch but entertaining as well...lol

Lets see, whats for dinner tonight? Roasted Pork Tenderloin, with roasted sweet potatoes & apples in a butter sauce and some fresh tasty green beans with garlic toast on the side.....yum!!!

Whats on your menu tonight and your day today??

Have a wonderful, safe and productive Tuesday and don't forget to smell the roses, drink the coffee and wash your ass! lolllllllllllll

    cheers

I think it is leftover night here, we had Bowtie Pasta with meat sauce last night with a garden salad.

Happy March everyone, hope it is stronger than February and you all get some extra jingle in your pockets this month.

Is the melt down as bad as people are making out? Or is it just a real big media hype demonising a guy who enjoys some charlie (excuse the pun) and women?

Either way - I wish the guy the best and hope he sorts it out, but boy he seems to be having a good time!

Ya know Amy, speaking of not eating pork, i watched a you tube yesterday about the insane and inhumane way people in this world kill the animals that we all eat, and i cried like a baby...i am seriously trying to figure out how to go vegan because i love animals and support animal rights, and would happily put my life on the line for the protection of the helpless animals in this world, so i need to step up my game and stop eating them.....any suggestions of were and how to achieve this? I really am serious about this because after viewing how the human race tortures these poor animals i am sickened by humans and want no part of it.....i have more respect for the single hunter who kills quickly and humanely, and cleans, eats and respects that animals they hunt.....sorry to go on and on, but this really affected me and i can't enjoy eating meat that was tortured and killed so brutally.

I think it's a matter of willpower before anything else. That having been said, it is amazing how much substitute products exist nowadays made from soy. Substitute chicken, lamb, beef, fish even prawns and lobsters. Its crazy how they actually succeed in making it look like the real thing. At one point, I was fed up with meat/poultry/fish etc and actually switched to vegan. Course, we also get plenty of vegetables here. We just have to bend down and pick 'em so it helps. I guess the greater choice of vegetables and substitutes products you get does play a part in actually succeeding to become vegan.

This looks really yummy indeed Elaine. And yes, these products taste (an even look) exactly the same, this is uncanny. Actually this does go a long way to get people to switch to substitutes.

So what do you say Pat, willing to give it a try?
