    Default GPWA Code of Conduct

    GPWA Code of Conduct ...

    4 ) Affiliate Complaints

    Sponsor will promptly respond to any complaint forwarded by the GPWA or by a GPWA affiliate member on behalf of the affiliate or on behalf of a visitor to a website operated by the affiliate. If the complaint alleges the Sponsor Companies failed to comply with these terms the Sponsor agrees the Sponsor Companies will either provide reasonable evidence of compliance with these terms, or offer a fair resolution of the complaint.

    ===============

    AFFActive promotes SPAM - several post have been made regarding this in their GPWA forum. Several months ago they claimed that they locked the spammers account, yet each of the last 3 months this individual continues to send out SPAM.

    When is GPWA going to enforce its Code of Conduct?

    I understand the GPWA COC is pretty loosly written, but if you're going to continue to accept sponsorship monies from unethical programs, then you're just as unethical as they are!

    I agree, things need to tighten up abit. When money starts speaking louder than ethical behavior or actions overlooked because they are a paid sponsor, then flags need to be raised.

    I trust in GPWA to do the right thing.

    Let's not forget that Sponsor Programs (e.g. Star Partner, Bewinners) have been suspended before since they were not affiliate friendly in one way or another.

    And Spam is a pretty touchy issue.
